Homemade Mustard





Did you know that mustard is good for the lungs? Here it is a homemade, natural and without chemical that processed foods always have. Enjoy it with hamburgers, chickens or hot dogs. The spice taste is unique from the real mustard.

Ingredients:

50g of mustard  powder
½ cup filtered water (or more, up to the point of your liking)
  1 tbsp 'milk whey "(optional)
1/4 teaspoons salt tea
1/2 lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup of honey
   1 pinch of ground ginger
1 pinch of curry
1 pinch of sweet paprika

Preparation:

  Mix all ingredients vigorously until a smooth paste is formatted. If necessary, add more water to adjust the consistency.
  Pour it into a pot with a lid and leave at room temperature for 3 days.
  Then transfer to the refrigerator and consume normally.
