Easy Pizza
- 2 cups of all purpose flour for the dough + 1/2 cup to knead
- 1 tablespoon of Fast Raising Dry Yeast (1 envelope)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey 2/3 cup lukewarm water (100 F) + 2 tablespoon to get a good consistence
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 350 g of mozzarella cheese
Dissolve the yeast in the water and let to rest for 10 minutes.
Add salt and sugar and mix.
Add 1 cup of flour and start to mix with a spoon + second cup.
Start to knead with the spoon and then you can continues with the hand adding other 1/2 cup of flour slowly till you get a good consistence. Knead for 5 minutes.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes or till double size.
Open the dough with the cooking roll the size of your pizza pan. I mark on the countertop the size of the pizza pan to get the perfect shape.
Add the tomato sauce on the pizza dough and cover with muzarella cheese and the others ingredients you like; jalapeƱo, spinach, onions, cooked eggs, sausages, etc.
Sprinkle some oregano.
Bake for 25 minutes in 350 o F.
